50K Unsecured Loan

- Articles of Incorporation, shows 2-3 Years in Business
- If proprietorship, oldest Schedule "C" of tax return
- 4 months of most recent business bank statements
- 4 months of most recent personal bank statements
- Description of your services on your letterhead
